Shipping & delivery

How long will it take to get my rug?

If you've purchased a ready-to-ship rug, it will ship within 7-10 business days. If you've also ordered a rug pad, that ships separately and will arrive within the same time frame.

If you've purchased a made-to-order rug, lead times vary by construction, design complexity, and size. Please refer to the lead time listed on the product detail page. If you've purchased a rug pad along with your made-to-order rug, it will arrive within the same time frame as your rug.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is on us.

We do offer white glove delivery in select markets in the United States for a additional fee. If you'd like a quote for white glove delivery, kindly drop our team a note to hello@origins.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order's shipping label has been created.

Is there a way to get my Origins rug sooner?

Depending on the construction and design, during certain times of the year, we do offer rush production accompanied by a rush fee. Kindly email hello@origins.com to find out if we're currently able to offer rushes.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that due to the recent changes in tariff regulations, you may receive a tariff bill from FedEx after delivery. We are working with our partners to minimize these costs as much as possible.

Outside the USA, orders are quoted based on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in your final purchase price. You'll find these under the 'Shipping + Duties' field.

How do I check the status of my order?

A member of our client relations team will be in touch with you 4 weeks prior to the lead time quoted to you at time of purchase.
